A Message to Our Loyal Customers, Post-Hurricane Sandy:


Dear Valued Customer,

As you know, Hurricane Sandy was a catastrophic storm that has left so many throughout our tri-state area without electric, heat, phones, and even destroyed people’s homes and businesses. We hope your families are safe, and were not seriously affected. Our thoughts and prayers are with those of you that were.

CALLAHEAD is one of those businesses that were hit hard by this monster storm, as our main headquarters is located in one of the most devastated areas struck by Sandy, Rockaway Beach. Many CALLAHEAD employees have lost their homes or have been displaced from their homes for an extended period of time. Yet, through their adversities they have been coming to work each day to service you in their efforts to rebuild both their personal and professional lives.

CALLAHEAD offices are open and available to assist you. We have been working seven days a week to service and deliver equipment and working day and night to restore and rebuild what this massive storm had attempted to destroy. We ask for your patience through these challenging times as we continue to dedicate ourselves to return to providing you the best portable sanitation equipment and service available. It is our nearly four decades of experience that will advance CALLAHEAD though this so we may service you better than before.

Thank you for your continued support and patience that has distressed so many of us. We will learn from this to build a stronger foundation to eliminate future setbacks such as this.
